James P. McGary is the Founder and President of JPM Fabrication

After working in construction his entire life, mostly involving concrete and installing storage solutions on the road, James realized there was a lack of skilled tradesmen in his local area. This was especially true with steel fabrication workers. Seeing an area to design, create, and teach, James returned home and opened his own steel fabrication shop in Bella Vista, Arkansas.

He operated with one crew from start to finish and worked hard to ensure they had a complete understanding of each part of the design, build, and installation processes. Soon, behind his leadership, the business grew from that one crew (only providing storage solutions) to multiple full-time installation specialists, full-time steel fabricators, office personnel, and a company that also produces consumer products provides general contracting services for municipalities and government departments and creates large-scale customizations for commercial applications.

Leveraging his vast experience and never-ending work ethic, James has built a reputation for being the first and only guy to call when it comes to building it right, the first time...  Those closest to him know that the unmatchable drive to create, that only James has, is fueled by his dedication to those he has at home and in his heart. James is a family man first and foremost. While he may run the company, Erin, his wife of 13 years, runs the household.

Both James and Erin are Army Veterans who served directly after 9/11 and deployed to Iraq from 2003 - 2005. Not long after returning home safely, they started their family together.

The couple now has four amazing children and are happy to call NW Arkansas home. The McGary family spends most of their free time outdoors with activities such as kayaking, mountain biking, hiking, exploring caves, and even yard games.

JPM Fabrication brings even more family into the picture. Stop by the shop or one of the job sites around the country and you're likely to find one of James' brothers running a crew. For more information, swing on by the shop!! James is well-known to be one of the best storytellers in the room, no matter which room he's in..
